We all know that feeling, the year has just started and everybody and their mama is asking about your resolutions. You set your goals, some realistic and some extremely unrealistic. You get overwhelmed and you cry yourself to sleep in a puddle of your own tears and magazine cutouts for the vision board. Well in this episode I talk more about why setting goals and achieving them can feel quite overwhelming and what you can do to turn that anxiousness into your motivation for the things you set out to achieve.
