This podcast is a safe space to do introspection, explore what it is like to be a black willing to be her authentic self in today’s society. Join me, your host Kwamina Jo, while I discuss the mental and emotional processes that influence our actions and experiences on both serious and fun topics. This podcast is for you if like me you can find the joy in any situation and can laugh at where life had you all the way messed up or if you are ready to turn any L into a lesson.

In this episode I share my own personal experience this year with exploring myself as a sensual being. Trigger warning this episode also touches upon the topic of sexual abuse, therefore listen at your own discretion.
In this past year I have taken the time to further question what makes me as a sensual and sexual being. Raised in the church and due to past traumas I didn't always feel that I have the freedom to fully explore these sides of me. Was I handling out of conditioning or trauma? If I wasn't being authentic how could I make the journey back to myself.
