In the last episode I spoke with sensuality coach, Taneesha Sijmons, about rediscovering your sensual self. Still taken by this topic I decided to explore and expand a bit more on the matter and invited a Divine Soul to discuss what it means to rediscover your sensual self after experiencing trauma.
What does it mean to return and explore your sensuality after having aspects of you have been taken forcefully or stripped away? How do you grant yourself the grace to return to yourself and pick up the pieces after abuse? And more importantly how do you grant yourself the safety of rediscovering and empowering yourself through your sensual and divine self.
Trigger warning, within this episode I your host @Kwamina__jo talks with today’s guest D about sexual abuse and the aftermath of it. Listeners discretion is advised.
