THE FINALE. The final piece of the "Universal Monsters" puzzle. Today. Is. Creature from the Black Lagoon! In 1954 we were brought a breath of fresh air into the cinematic world of iconic horror monsters with a bipedal, amphibious, creature that was hell bent on killing anyone or anything that poses a threat to it's beloved home. You can easily see within the first minutes that this film's score, acting, storyline, and much more has only evolved and adapted in the greatest of ways just like the prehistoric creature that it documents. A truly monumental piece of film that no one can forget when the topic of "creature features" comes up at friend's parties or your parents holiday get-togethers. Have some time to...kill?
