Imagine if you will, a small apartment building. And inside of it, a young man. Meet Robert– an artist, a dreamer, a pretender, a fraud. A man searching for meaning in the flickering light of a computer screen. He spends his days working, his nights creating, and somewhere in between, he spies on his neighbours. He tells himself it's art, a grand project to capture the lives of those around him, but he has lost himself in his own malformed creative process. But Robert is not the only observer. In the apartment above, behind a door marked by time and whispers, is Albert—a man with his own history of creation, of control, and of loss. He, too, has been watching, waiting, and when their paths collide, the lines blur between mentor and manipulator, between project and obsession. Because in this building, the past has a way of creeping into the present, and Robert is about to find himself the subject of a story far stranger than he ever intended.
