Executive Presence Is Not The Answer To Your Boardroom Impact⚠️

Have you ever been advised that you need to work on your Executive Presence?

Do you look at how your boss holds a room and think 'if only I could do that!'?

Almost every leader I work with has been told to, or personally wants to, work on 'building their Executive Presence' to some degree

And when I ask them what they mean by it....there is always a pause

They don't know 🤷‍♀️

And when they ask the people who gave them the advice in the first place...they hear opposing and often conflicting views...

So, they truly don't exactly know what they're supposed to be doing

And it's no wonder because while there is a generally common list of traits that amount to this 20th century idea.....Executive Presence is largely all subjective.

And if you want to show up with impact and exude confidence, building Executive Presence is not the answer, instead there is a much more critical piece that needs your attention. 🚀
