Umm... Maize and Grace?

A big thank you and welcome to new our newest Patreon member Kate.

We wrapped up our listening a little early this week due to work and travel demands but it seems we've ended up with a pod as long as usual. Go figure.

We go back and give Wally's Buns the send off they deserve after being culled from the omnibus, we head to a rave up on Lakey Hill to get 'mashed', Adam gets a second season on Radio Borsetshire and there's a new branded product range available in Ambridge to rival Bridge Farm Fresh.

We'll now read from the following gospels:

  • Ire and Grimstone : Brian and Justin go all Old Testament.
  • Dour and Produce : Alan gets squashed.
  • Jim Membership : The Prof helps shoppers find the light.

Lawrence is a Big Red Flag

Hello you lovely bunch.

Normal service has resumed and the Cider Shed is back.

A massive thanks and warmest of welcomes to our eleven new Patrons : Sophie, Stella, Sharon, Shirley, Debra, Robert, Bronnie, Jonathan, Mark, Tilly and Teona.

Join us this week as we apply the best pest repellent Ambridge has to offer, we proudly don our Home Farm merch and we pop over to Roserran in the Vale for a spot of patriotic retail therapy.

Just a couple of knots we need to massage out :

  • Teed Off : Zainab hits Lawrence into the rough.
  • Get Orf My Land! : David isn't that into Stella.
  • Take me to Merch : Home Farm is where the clart is.

Don't forget to like, subscribe and share if the mood takes you.

Bisous!

Hello you lot!

It's time to see what we made of midsummer 2014.

You can hear this and all our specials in full by signing up here for as little as £3 a month : https://www.patreon.com/thecidershed

Sure, Roy and Elizabeth have still got their Greenbury Fields wristbands on, but have they showered the fetid festival filth off completely?

David does his bit for Borsetshire tourism and later on he attempts to hit the high notes (he can't).

Warning : Our review of Pat and Tony's pig scene should only be played after the watershed.

Oh, and Matthew's long dormant 'Dan Hate' is disturbed from the deep. Apologies in advance Danfans.

The Cider Shed - Ploughing through BBC's 'The Archers'
TCS Holiday Special Part 2 Trailer

Hello fair folk of The Cider Shed listenership.

Our second review of June 1986 is here.

You too could come back to 1986 with us by clicking here : https://www.patreon.com/thecidershed

The Howards have gone (cries) but it hasn't dampened Brian's ire towards folk staying on his land.

We open the file on Elizabeth investigating Nelson's recent visitor and we have VIP tickets to Eddie's acoustic set up on Lakey Hill for Midsummer Fest. Just don't ask what we had to do to get them.

There might even be a few current event ads from 1986 thrown in.

Another absolute belter of an omnibus.

Now, pass the Austrian wine...

A little taster of our first holiday special for you.

You can listen in full by signing up at https://www.patreon.com/thecidershed

It's late May 1986, Jethro, David, Neil and Phil are getting the hay in at Brookfield.

Brian and Jenny have converted The Rookeries into holiday cottages although their first family may be arriving a LITTLE early. Peggy and her Mum watch on.

David has agreed to go away with Sophie Barlow to Paris and then the South of France.

Caroline has an 'English Food' event coming up at Grey Gables.

Nelson receives an unexpected guest at his wine bar.

As you might be able to tell, we bloody loved this omnibus.

Lots of love.

We've got a decent selection of absolute bangers for you:

  • Cop Out : Harrison is missing presumed a bit daft.
  • Resident Evil : Is this chap an Arthurian legend?
  • Pond Life : Justin has a dip in form.
