I wanted to do a show about Narcissism because I myself was trapped in a relationship with a very harmful individual and I had no clue about the “monster” that is a narcissist. For me it’s really about making other aware of these behaviors in people so if you were to encounter a said “narcissist” you’d know exactly what it is and how to handle it. I don’t have all the answers and yes I still have to deal with this individual but knowing why the person does what they do has helped me to cope. In this episode I go on to explain some of the things to look out for and vent my frustrations along the way. This is indeed my first podcast show ever and I’m very much willing to admit I have no clue as to what I am doing and clearly by the length of the show it is evident ☺️. I however I do plan on getting better at this as time goes on and I’m very thankful for this outlet and Anchor for allowing me the chance to do so.
