Chuck Solomon: Hey, Lindsay. How are you today?
Lindsey Ault-Authier: Hi, Chuck. I'm doing great. How are you?
Chuck Solomon: I'm well. Where do I find you today? Where do you live? I'm not even sure.
Lindsey Ault-Authier: I live in Princeton, New Jersey, and I commute into the city into Manhattan three days a week.
Chuck Solomon: Gotcha. Tell listeners a little bit about who you work for and, and your specific role.
Lindsey Ault-Authier: Yeah, absolutely. So I currently head up employer branding and talent attraction for PVH. PVH is a fashion company and you might be more familiar with the brands that they own Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. Yep. So my focus is helping them to create a really exceptional candidate experience and to overall, you know, really champion them as a great place to work as they are.
Chuck Solomon: Awesome. Do you get to sample the wares at all or? We do sometimes
Lindsey Ault-Authier: have sample sales and you do get a a discount on clothes. So that is that is a huge perk. I have quite a few items in my, in my wardrobe from both Tommy and Calvin. So.
Chuck Solomon: Yeah, I would think that'd be a great perk
Lindsey Ault-Authier: yeah, well, it is definitely a big attraction, and I find a lot of the people that end up working, you know, at PVH, not that it's a requirement, but a lot of them have quite a, you know, a passion for fashion, so it's kind of a, a nice thing about working there is, you know, a lot of other people who are also excited.
interested in fashion and, you know again, not a requirement, but it's nice to, it's fun to get the discount and get the clothes and compare shoes. It's, it's, it's nice.
Chuck Solomon: Sure. So you work in the talent space. I asked this question of, of all my guests about like what led you into working in the talent space?
Lindsey Ault-Authier: So I think like a lot of people in the talent space, I kind of just fell into it.
Chuck Solomon: Yeah, I never heard that before.

Chuck Solomon: Hey, Victoria. How are you
Victoria Myers: today? Hi, Chuck. I'm great. Thank you.
Chuck Solomon: Can you please tell listeners a little bit about yourself and your company and your role at the company?
Victoria Myers: Sure, and thank you for the opportunity to share a little bit about my story. I have more than 20 years in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Way back when, and after 20 years, you don't, you don't count after that. It tells your age. But way back when, I started off in the agency side of recruiting, and I did a split desk of sales and recruiting. And then basically just kind of really felt that I liked the recruiting side of life more. I felt like it was it met an internal need of mine that I wanted to help people.
And I felt like I was helping people find jobs. So that was very rewarding for me. So I just continued that path and then when I joined Amdocs about four and a half years ago, I joined as the North America talent acquisition manager, and I was leading the strategy and the team specific to filling all the open positions in North America. After about a year and a half, I had the opportunity to then move into a director level role, which is a, the regional lead over Americas.
And for us, that means now managing the North America team, as well as the Central and Latin America teams. I had managers who reported to me and then they had teams. There was a whole structure to it. Then we really went on, on a quest of this would have been at the end of 2021, early 2022 of thinking through how do we want to grow?
As a company, how do we want to grow within talent acquisition? So I led a little project team thinking through talent attraction and where are we today and where do we want to be in the future and what are the, what are the pain points and the gaps? And through that, we've made a lot of recommendations of how we wanted to improve.

Chuck Solomon: Hey, Martha. How are you this afternoon? Good. Chuck. How are you? I'm doing well. Could you please tell listeners a little bit about Martha, the company you work for and your current role?
Martha Angle: Sure. I'd love to. First again, thank you for, for having me on. My name is Martha Angle. I am the VP of talent management and inclusion.
I have one stream software. I've been with OneStream almost nine years now and seeing this startup really kind of grow from a scrappy startup into now an accelerated growth company. So we've grown from when I started about 30 employees to now north of 1300. So the growth has been pretty cool over the years, almost a decade.
And I've got a lot of stories to tell depending on how much time you got. But yeah, this has definitely been home for me for a very long time. Yeah. And personally I'm a mom, I have a 10 year old and a 12 year old, two awesome kids at home. And yeah, I'm excited to, to share a little bit about what my experience has been.
Chuck Solomon: Well, I appreciate it. We're, I'm actually not even sure where you live, where do you live, where are you calling
Martha Angle: in from today? I'm in Birmingham, Michigan, actually. So that's where OneStream’s headquarters is. That's where I'm calling in from today. So
Chuck Solomon: tell me, how did you get into this talent
Martha Angle: space? So I got started in human resources in general right out of college.
So my, my degree was in English and philosophy and bringing those sort of two things together, I was able to, to talk a little bit about the employee experience and, and help in making decisions and, and writing, you know, strong communications. And so that's where I started actually with what was OneStream's predecessor, Upstream.

Transcript:
Chuck Solomon: Hey Haley, how are you today?
Haley Sasser: I'm great. How are you?
Chuck Solomon: I'm doing well. I wanted to thank you for, this is your second time. You're a two timer here on the Candidate Experience Podcast. We recorded back in November of 2021, so like a year and a half ago, and I will. Definitely put the notes or the link in the notes to this episode to your previous one, which I thought was great.
I think you had some great things to share. I especially like the fact that you, you talked about. What you could do for the candidate experience in a small, medium, and large. It's like ordering off a menu, right? Yeah. Small, medium, or large. Mm-hmm. So I would encourage listeners to, to go back and listen to that.
Cause I think what you said then still applies to today. [00:01:00] But before we get, yeah, sure. Yeah. Before we get rolling, can you please introduce yourself to listeners?
Haley Sasser: Yes, so my name is Haley Sasser. I live in Tampa, Florida, and I have almost nine years of experience in the employer brand and recruitment marketing space.
And most recently, the past two years in internal communications and, you know, employee engagement. And so some of the things I've done and have. Really passionate about are, you know, e V P development careers, websites, and revamping those and really enabling talent acquisition teams with recruitment marketing content, and Email templates that align with, with the brand and with the voice of the company, and of course reputation management as well.
