The need for correct cleaning standards and use of correct chemicals is vitally important not only to the people in the buildings but to the environment and Paul has this part of cleaning perfected.
Rob Marsh, the General Manager of Property with Turnbull Cook talks with me around the role of the Strata Manager and how they interact with the Building Manager. The two roles are synonymous, having spent times in both roles myself, I can appreciate the requirements of having effective communication. Managing a high-rise complex and having intricate knowledge of essential services within buildings is a must for a Building Manager.
