He and his wife first visited Japan 12 years ago, became full-time missionaries 9 years ago, and 5 years ago they planted a church there. He describes the commonality of people coming to church for the first time who have never even heard the gospel before. He shares how they use an internship program as a pipeline to disciple people, and he offers encouraging stories of the kingdom moving in Japan.
