i just randomly decided to record and upload an episode, but stay safe, protect your skin from the heat, stay hydrated and we got this
we have access to all of sorts of information, the brain to see the full picture yet we choose to be blind.
officially in my summer times sadness era, but we have to make the best out of it, cause I can't let myself rot.
In this episode, I talk about that bittersweet feeling of realizing childhood is over — the people we miss, summer bringing sadness and the burnout that hits when nostalgia weighs heavily. But we can't let ourselves be miserable and embrace the present. Finding peace in change, joy in small moments, and hope in what's yet to come.
I have been a fangirl for most of my life, I can't help it. However, I have noticed that while fangirling might initially be an escape for you from the real world, it can end up being something that can make you anxious...
I am back after Ramadhan, and it seems like summer is right around the corner. Since we going back to work from holidays and the weather is also changing its time to start fresh with the goals we need to achieve this year, make a new morning and evening routine and ofcouse romantise life a lil bit.
we are in our second ashra, for me i put so much energy in other stuff that till the last ashra i feel burn out and because of that i dont make the most out of the last 10 days, which are the most important.
So do less, take more rest. Dont overdo. We get Ramzan only once a year other stuff can wait.
Ramadhan 2025 just started and it could be overwhelming to balance work/study with your ibadah, so in this episode i shared how to make a schedule, what should be our base line to base our ibadah on and crafting the perfect Ramadan Routine.
Wishing you all Ramadhan Mubarak 🌙, May Allah bless us all.
to embrace what you have , finding new purpose, and thriving where you are
We are back with solo episodes and in today's episode, i am talking about my hopeless dream. Still, before that, i touched on the hobbies i adapted for this year, the fictional content updated the shows i am excited about, and the book i am reading.
"It’s Always That Damn Phone!"
You know how moms always say, “Bas ye phone haath se choro!”? Yeah, well… they might be onto something. In this episode, we deep dive (aka rant) about how we’re all just trying to belong—even if it means buying things we don’t need, following trends that don’t even resonate with us, and romanticizing cinnamon-coded autumn like our lives depend on it. From aesthetic water bottles to brain-rot content, we unpack the chaos of modern-day overconsumption and the pressure to have a Pinterest-perfect life.
It’s messy. It’s real. And yes, we recorded it on our damn phones. 🎙

we urge to be different, we desire to be extraordinary, we want to stand out amongst others but is this desire in order to seek social validation healthy?
i have this perpetual feat with the idea of being seen through the lens of other people
