
This guided hypnosis session was originally written for a young man navigating social anxiety, particularly in public spaces and during his commute. The session was designed to help him reconnect with a sense of safety and confidence, drawing on inner resources and past positive experiences.
I’ve now adapted the script into a more generalized version, suitable for anyone seeking to overcome feelings of social discomfort, reconnect with their authentic self, and find calmness in the presence of others. This session is about embracing the shared humanity in those around us and cultivating a sense of inner peace, no matter the external environment.
