
Let me tell you about the HUGE difference in my performance on the soccer field that came to be all because of a change I made in my head. I still have to consciously make this change when I start to revert back to old habits, but my oh my is it nice to have this solution in my back pocket. It makes me wonder what else can be improved if I get my head in the game, so to speak. That's another episode (already working on it). Listen up because this is good.
