By walking through the 10 principles outlined in the book “Intuitive Eating: A Revolutionary Program that Works,” we share what each principle means to us, how we do (and don’t) use them, and how everyone’s approach to this can look completely different. We also touch on our views of health at every size, body size work, what hunger means to us and the idea of gentle nutrition.
