Sam has always loved exercise. She’s consistently been fit and healthy, and even undertaken extreme challenges like a 50 mile bike ride. That all changed after she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and had to learn to cope with constant pain.


In this episode with Joe Wicks, Sam discusses how she adapted to life with fibromyalgia, how this was shaken up when she was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis, and the impact her chronic health conditions have had on her mental health.
