Plastic is everywhere and Sara  wanted to be able to use the 3D printing machine at school without feeling guilty about all the plastic that was being generating and then throw away. That's why this Mechanical Engineering student founded CP3, the Concordia University’s Precious Plastic Project. 

The goal of this project is to divert plastic waste created on campus from landfills, by repurposing waste directly on campus into new plastic items, such as 3D printing filament that other students will benefit from.
