How to build your plate so you’re not feeling depleted, burnt out and mentally drained.

So many women are accidentally under-eating!

In this episode I discuss why this is happening for women, the consequences of under-fueling and not consuming adequate food, specifically our macro nutrients and how to structure your plate so that you can turn this trajectory around!
