Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutrient deficiencies found in women. It affects SO many women worldwide and unfortunately for many women who are suffering, not a whole lot of information is being provided when it comes to treatment options and underlying causes for the condition.

- How to investigate and interpret your iron pathology.
- The limitations of common treatment options provided at the GP or pharmacy.
- Common reasons why your iron is not improving.
- The most prevalent underlying causes of iron deficiency for women.
- Newer and more updated ways to treat your iron deficiency including supplements, dosage and cofactors to support with.
