Meet the guest: Dr. Mick Bosilevac https://www.linkedin.com/in/mick-bosilevac-884b6852/ is a USDA-ARS Research Microbiologist at the US Meat Animal Research Center in Clay Center, Nebraska. He earned his Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. His work focuses on advancing the microbiological safety of red meat by improving detection methods for pathogens.
