Life is already as hard as it can get... You'll find that on some days, it's a smooth ride with no hitches, and on other days, heck! You just want to give it all up! On days like the latter, you'll find that your sources of motivation can become more important than finding water in a dessert. And that point, the question is, what happens if you haven't really discovered what motivates YOU. Yes YOU. Just incase you didn't know, not everything that is labelled 'motivation' will motivate you. Some motivations might just be sources of frustration to you. And in this space, it's easy to get lost in the crowd. So, it's ok if conferences, seminars, and those other stuffs do not motivate you. This is our call to you to find your fuel and repel the noise. In essence, FIND YOUR MOTIVATION AND DISCARD FRUSTRATION.
