Junk food and extremely sugary food like chocolates or candies might become addictive if you are not careful.
And this unnatural urge is the fundamental reason for most of the lifestyle disorders like diabetes, atherosclerosis, weight gain, and so on. But what is the causal factor behind these unnatural urges? it is not hunger for sure.
According to Ayurveda, there can be no permanent cure without eliminating the causal factors. So, let's look at the causal factor for stress eating in this podcast.
