Dr. Sobo (or Swolebo as we called him back in the day) is a special person to me. He was my first role model, mentor, and coach for becoming athletic. He taught me the essentials of athleticism and inspired me to be the coach I am today.

He's also a brilliant man, loving father, and skilled coach.

This may be my favorite episode yet. It's worth a deep listen!
