Hey! We have a special bonus episode today, from a sweet friend of mine. Pieces of a Pisces is a space created by Zhanae, somebody who feels a lot and wants to share pieces of that with people. She doesn’t have all the answers, she’s not perfect, but she’s lived, survived, and loved. For her, it’s really about connection and creating a space where the heavy and the light can sit side by side. Through her stories, she wants people to feel seen, like they’re not the only ones going through it.
For Zhanae, it’s about showing both sides; survival is hard, it takes so much out of you, but even in that there are still moments of love, whether it’s love you give yourself, love you get from others, or small reminders that you’re still human and still worthy. She wants people to hear that yes, she’s been through tough seasons, but there’s always that little sprinkle of love that keeps her going.
