
How are we supposed to feel calm and centred when we have so much information coming at us all the time?
In this episode I share three things I’m doing that help me to feel centred, less bombarded by stupid information and uplifted and inspired.
Don’t worry you don’t have to step away from technology- in fact a couple of these ideas embrace it in new ways so you feel have a choice to enhance your life rather than be on a dopamine tilt- a - whirl!
Also I share how I managed practice during a recent flu so this episode contains some stuffiness and sniffles as I recuperate.
