This week, the courtroom tension ramps up—more witnesses take the stand, and even more jurors are mysteriously dismissed. But here’s what’s raising eyebrows: a deeper, darker thread is emerging… and it runs straight through the FBI. Is this just a high-profile case—or something more calculated? As connections to federal players begin to surface, one thing is clear: there’s more going on behind the scenes than anyone’s admitting. With whispers that this trial could wrap up as soon as next week, this might be your last chance to understand what’s really at stake before the headlines get whitewashed.

Week 6 of the Diddy Trial: Confusing Testimony, a Surprise Kanye Sighting & Jury Drama. This week on The Are Ya Well Podcast, we’re recapping Week 6 of the Diddy trial — and it was chaotic. The prosecution closed with Jane Doe, a witness whose vague and inconsistent testimony raised more confusion than clarity. In a case full of credible, compelling voices, it’s a real head-scratcher why she was their final act. Meanwhile, in a surprise twist, Kanye West made an appearance at the courthouse (yes, really), and one of the jurors is reportedly getting removed — adding even more unpredictability to an already wild trial.
From shaky testimony to celebrity sightings and courtroom shakeups, let’s get into it.

Week 5 of the Diddy trial did not disappoint. This episode breaks down the dramatic courtroom moments, including powerful testimony from Victim 2 (Jane Doe) and Mia, who both detailed disturbing abuse and control. We also cover Diddy’s former CFO taking the stand, shedding light on financial cover-ups — and the major moment everyone’s been waiting for: Kristina Khorram, Diddy’s longtime chief of staff, was officially named as a co-conspirator by the federal government.
Plus, we unpack the unexpected courtroom outburst and protest that shut proceedings down. Let’s get into it.

Who is Faheem Muhammad—and why is no one talking about him? In this explosive bonus episode, I dive into the mysterious figure behind Diddy’s security team: Faheem Muhammad. From discovering Michael Jackson’s body at just 22 to owning 128 acres of land right on the Mexican border, Faheem’s story is wild—and deeply suspicious. Why hasn’t he been subpoenaed? Could his land be linked to the trafficking allegations at the heart of this case? Let’s connect the dots.

It's been a week of twists and new names in the headlines. Capricorn Clark steps into the spotlight. Deonte Nash—once Cassie’s stylist, now a voice in the unfolding drama. And Victim 4, known as Mia, emerges with a story that adds even more weight to an already explosive case.
Meanwhile, Diddy's legal team tried (and failed) to secure a mistrial, as new charges of witness tampering surface—yet another crack in the carefully curated facade.
But here’s the real question... where is everyone else? For a case this deep, this sprawling, this rotten—why does it still feel like only one man is being burned? When the dominoes first started falling, many hoped this would be the reckoning not just for Diddy, but for the entire Hollywood machine that protected him.
So far? Crickets.
In this episode, we dig into what’s been revealed, what’s being hidden, and who still isn’t being held accountable.

This week, we dive into Week 3 of the Sean "Diddy" Combs federal trial, where chilling testimonies exposed the extent of alleged abuse, control, and intimidation. Key witnesses—including Cassie’s mother, her former best friend Kerry Morgan, Dawn Richard, George Kaplan, and Kid Cudi—detailed disturbing accounts of violence, threats, and cover-ups. We explore what a RICO charge could mean, why Kristina Khorram might be a critical missing piece, and how this case is unveiling the dark underbelly of celebrity culture. We’re talking Molotov cocktails, secret payments, baby oil stockpiles, and systemic silence.
This isn’t just a trial—it’s a reckoning.

We’re now in Week 2 of the trial, and the testimony from Victim Number 1 — who we now know is Cassie Ventura — has sent shockwaves through the courtroom. Her statements are explosive, emotional, and deeply revealing.
We break down the most critical moments from her testimony, what it could mean for the case, and why the jury makeup — 8 men and 4 women — raises serious questions about how this trial might unfold.
Could this go in any direction? Absolutely. We're watching history being made — and possibly justice, too.

Hey friends, in this episode I'm breaking down what went down on Day 1 of the Diddy trial. The trial officially kicked off on Monday, May 5th in Manhattan. Since this is a federal case, the general public isn’t allowed inside the courtroom—but a few members of the press and close family are permitted, mainly to protect the privacy and safety of the jurors.
So here’s what we know so far: twelve jurors will be selected, along with six alternates. Opening statements are expected to begin on May 12, and the entire trial is anticipated to run for at least eight weeks. Stay tuned—I'll be keeping you posted every step of the way.

The Justin Bieber of It All
In this episode, I get down and dirty with what I really believe is going on in Justin Bieber’s life right now—and no, it’s not what the mainstream media or social media would have you believe. I don’t think he’s spiraling over an ex or dealing with some dramatic financial fallout. It’s deeper than that.
Justin is taking on some seriously powerful players in the music industry, and I believe they’re trying to destroy him. Add to that the looming Diddy trial—which has to be incredibly triggering for him—and the nonstop noise in the press about his wife… it’s a lot. And it’s all connected.
I start to unpack it here. There are so many layers to Justin’s story, and while I don’t dive into every single one just yet, if you’re into this episode, let me know—comment, leave a review, and I’ll keep going.

Today’s conversation is nothing short of incredible. I’m joined by David Gorman, a man who has completely transformed his life after years of struggle.
David grew up in Coolock in a loving home with a happy childhood, but by 23, he had fallen into the grip of cocaine addiction—a battle that consumed the next five years of his life.
At his lowest, David faced unimaginable hardship. He lost 30kg, endured drug-induced psychosis, accumulated €40,000 in debt, and struggled with suicidal thoughts. One night, he found himself sitting on a motorway, ready to end it all.
Desperate for change, he moved to Denmark, but his addiction only deepened. It wasn’t until he finally got clean and relocated to Sweden that his true recovery began. Now, 3.5 years sober, David has rebuilt his life in extraordinary ways.
Today, he works as a supervisor at the very organization that once helped him, guiding young adults impacted by addiction. He’s also built a thriving online coaching business, using his powerful story to inspire and support others on their own journeys to recovery.
This conversation is raw, real, and a testament to the resilience of the human spirit. Let’s get into it.
