I know I’m not the only creative out there who struggles with anxiety. But I’m pretty sure we can all agree that it sucks. For a long time I felt so alone in my struggles. Like no one understood what I was feeling. I found the more I spoke up about it the more I connected with others just like myself. That’s why I’ve created this space, so you can come hang out while I chat about everything from business to relationships and all the awkward and interesting inbetweens of living a creative life. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you’ll for sure cringe at an inside look of the life of an anxious creative.

What does it mean to have Boundaries? Why setting healthy boundaries are essential
Grab your cozy socks and your favorite drink, because we’re getting real about something that trips up so many of us recovering people-pleasers: boundaries. In this super raw and honest episode, I’m spilling a story I’ve never fully shared before (yep, it's awkward, messy, and a little hilarious too) about my journey from not-even-knowing-what-boundaries-were to finally figuring out how to stand up for myself—without burning everything down. I open up about messy friendships, uncomfortable confrontations, and learning the hard way how to differentiate between boundaries and walls. Plus, I dive into how a simple whiteboard from my therapist forever shifted my understanding of boundaries. Spoiler: boundaries aren't about shutting people out — they’re about letting people in, safely. If you’ve ever found yourself bending over backwards, terrified of disappointing others, or caught in that exhausting cycle of people-pleasing, this episode is your permission slip to take your power back (with compassion). We’ll chat business boundaries, personal boundaries, and the sneaky ways we self-sabotage. And of course, I overshare my way through all of it, as only The Anxious Creative can.
