Far too often, we anchor them in our parents, spouses, kids, friends, titles, jobs, skills, and even religion. As a result, we might feel misaligned or incomplete. It can be confusing to discern whether our thoughts are truly our own, as they often get drowned out by the noise of external influences.
So, who am I?
When you anchor your beliefs in God, your mind, body, and soul become aligned, and you realize that you are a child of the King!

My prayer has been for God to show me my blind spots, imperfections, and areas for improvement. Whew! Ask, and you will receive. A few lessons I’m learning are that my focus shifted, the importance of the Sabbath, and how my busyness is my reaction to trauma.
