Guest: Molly Lannon Kenny
Air Date: 07/16/2025
✨ Episode Summary
In this episode of The Alysphere, we talk about death, dying and grief. We are opening up the conversation because it's uncomfortable and most of us don't know how to navigate it on many levels. Death and dying is something we don't talk much about and when it gets close to us, or when we see atrocities that are far away, but touch us deeply, many are left feeling unprepared.
- We learn about what the role of an end-of life or a "death doula" is
- How to navigate this very tumultuous time
- We touch on permission and what different people might experience
- How grief moves and becomes a part of who we are
- Collective catastrophes and how we can help when we are feeling helpless
