Kile had been following eXp since 2012. He worked hard in the oil and gas industry for 18 years before getting into real estate. The biggest influence for him joining the brokerage was the community it offered. He saw huge value for his agents and knew it was time to start focusing on a retirement plan.
Matt Curcio just hit his first year with eXp Realty. He was first in line to buy his Remax brokerage. Before making the move he evaluated everything including what he would have in 10 years. He didn't like the outcome. He also talks about leaving the Remax brand behind and his business actually growing when he joined eXp. He strongly believes you are your own brand. "This company is in its infancy and will grow to over 100,000 agents".
Tricia is an expert and has been in the industry for over 25 years. She has experience at most of the big box brokerages (Remax, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker) and even worked at a discount brokerage before opening up her independent brokerage. Her favourite part about eXp is the collaboration she gets with all the agents across North America. She discusses why it is so important to partner with the right people within eXp as who you partner with and who is in your up line will depend on how much support and coaching you get access to. "Getting in now will give you the biggest opportunity to change your future".
Mike was the #1 KW agent in his area selling 309 transactions in his fourth year in the business. He touches on what it has been like to be involved in the eXp culture, his new vision for real estate, how Jay Kinder opened his mind to the disruptive model and why the eXp model was the best opportunity for his team (stock ownership and passive income through revenue share).
