John Nichol is an author, broadcaster and former RAF navigator best known for his book Tornado Down, his account of being a prisoner of war under Saddam Hussein during the Gulf war.

Together they founded Resilient Pilot, an organisation which aims to improve pilot's wellbeing and promote diversity within the airline industry.
Andrew is a former Royal Navy Sea Harrier pilot operating, Flight Deck Wingman’s founder Andrew, made a successful transition into the world of commercial aviation in 2006, operating the B757/767 and A320/321/330 with a well known charter airline, before joining a major UK scheduled airline as a B787 pilot in 2015.
Mandy was the second-ever woman to fly the RAF Tornado, seeing over 40 combat missions over Iraq during her career. She is now an author and motivational speaker with a particular interest in inspiring and supporting women with her story.
