The first season was hailed as one of the best TV shows of 2021 and earned four Primetime Emmy Awards, including Outstanding Animated Program. Furthermore, it swept the 2022 Annie Awards, cementing its status as a groundbreaking animated series.



Arcane was brought to life by creators Christian Linke and Alex Yee, as well as executive producers including Linke, Marc Merrill, and Brandon Beck. The animation is handled by the acclaimed Fortiche Production, under the direction of Pascal Charrue and Arnaud Delord.

Katie Leung lends her voice to the determined Caitlyn, and Kevin Alejandro portrays the idealistic Jayce. Harry Lloyd brings gravitas to the role of Viktor, and Toks Olagundoye adds warmth as Mel Medarda. Reed Shannon voices the resourceful Ekko, Amirah Vann embodies the formidable Sevika, and Mick Wingert captures the eccentric genius of Heimerdinger. Ellen Thomas portrays the unwavering Ambessa Medarda, and Brett Tucker rounds out the cast as the volatile Singed.
