Finding a Sustainable Rhythm
What is a 'sustainable rhythm'? It is a guidance and a life practice usually taught by worshippers/religious leaders but why not apply this basic concept to your everyday lifestyle? After 3 years traveling/moving around the world and finally settling into London, I speak about the journey behind finding my own 3 step Sustainable Rhythm: 1. Prioritize - Find a self care workout/routine/habit to set yourself for the day - Organize a day-to-day or week by week schedule 2. Sustain - Focus your mind and immerse yourself in the task/process - Enjoy and trust yourself/ make sure you are finding joy or fun in whatever you are doing 3. Flow/ Rhythm - Let go of the result - Move on to something else exciting - Unwind Life isn't always consistent so let 'change' be the inevitable in your plans so you will always have room to adapt. Check on your mental health often and pace yourself.
