There’s a saying that says, “Life is not measured by the breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.” What are those moments? Do you have a few in mind already? When you have moments that stand out, they often align with elements that mean a lot to us. Documenting these moments can help you see your past in a different light.
In this episode, I will walk you through an exercise that will help you take stock of your life---what moments are defining moments that stand out, what accomplishments have you achieved, and we will discuss how this translates into a practice that helps you see how the components of your life can propel you forward with change.
