Titas, are you proud of your bodies? Do you see all its good features, or do you tend to focus more on the parts that you don't like? Do you feel confident when you see yourself in the mirror?
Society has given us false standards of what a "beautiful body" should look like, and we've been doing everything to fit into these parameters. Titas, eating healthy and having regular exercise are good habits. But let's look at our main WHY. Why do we want to lose or gain weight? Why do we want bigger breasts, smaller waistlines, taller heights, leaner arms, etc.? Are we really doing these to appreciate our bodies, or is it because of something else?
In this meaningful season ender, we chat once again with psychologist, author and self-care maker, Dr. Michele Alignay, to really dig deep into why almost all women have a negative body image. Tara na't mag tawanan at chikahan. :)
