For the first time like, ever I’ve stuck to my new years resolutions (I mean it’s only march so I dont wanna jinx anything but…) on this episode im talking all about the changes ive implemented in my day to day life to feel better both physically and mentally. From workout habits, to sleep, what ive been eating, etc! After 2.5 months of consistency ive felt so much better than I did last year, and I’m excited to share it with you!*however take everything I say with a grain of salt bc im not certified in shit. *Also I couldn’t stop touching my hair this entire episode (always do that when im yapping) and it’s pissing me off sorry ❤️ thank you for listening!!
