If you have not met or heard of Davina Greenwell, well then you are in for a treat this week. Davina qualified and went to Kona in 2022, however day before the race, she contacted Covid and was unable to race. That did not stop her however going after the qualification again. Enjoy this week's episode.

I am so delighted to share my chat with Helen Rutt with you. I also call Helen, 'H', we met back in the day of Thames Turbo. Over 14 years ago now. Basically we are family lol.

Helen is a mum, wife, physio and triathlon coach. She has been racing for a very long time and Kona was always a goal for her, so I am super excited that we get to chat about her journey with you all today.

Ellen McLachlan's time in triathlon is not that long in the grand scheme of things, considering we had a pandemic where we could not race for 2 years. She works in the family business, based on the coast line of Blackpool, has a navy partner and a lovable dog. This is such a fun and interesting conversation. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

This episode was quite an eye-opener for me, hearing that Becca had lived in Australia for a little bit, navigating through an eating disorder, discovering triathlon after suffering injury, and also dealing with a serious car crash.
