Tami Talks: Stories to Heal Your Inner Child
Unscripted Healing
89 episodes
Welcome to the Unscripted Healing Podcast where we share unscripted stories about health and healing because everyone has a story and everyone has an Inner Child who wants to be heard. There is so much healing that can happen through real-life storytelling and this podcast creates a safe space for people to share their stories and connect the dots back to their childhood. It also creates an opportunity for YOU, the listener, to find yourself (and your Inner Child) within the stories. So before pressing play, I encourage you to tune into your body because, as you are listening, it may give you clues to your story in the form of “goosebumps,” a pit in your stomach, a lump in your throat, tears in your eyes, or shivers down your spine! Those are all ways that your Inner Child and body are trying to get your attention that there was something in that story for you! And thank you - just for being here - your Inner Child is already starting to feel seen, heard, and loved by you.

Reparenting Your Inner Child Through Exercise & Nutrition
What if your workouts and nutrition aren’t failing because of discipline but because of your inner child? In this episode, we dive into the deep connection between exercise, nutrition, trauma healing, and reparenting your inner child. You’ll learn why your inner child rebels when health feels like punishment, how your ego sabotages your fitness goals, and why showing up without “tools” (fuel, rest, or support) leaves your body unable to build the strong, healthy life you want. F45 Grand Re-Opening Promos End August 31, 2025! We’ll explore: Why movement is medicine for stored energy, emotions & trauma How neglecting nutrition after a workout is like showing up to a job site without tools The 3 people you must keep your promises to: your inner child, tomorrow-you, and 80-year-old-you The worthiness wound — and why healing it changes everything about fitness, food & self-care Strength training as a metaphor for life, growth, and proving your inner child right: you are capable If you’ve ever asked yourself, “Why do I keep sabotaging myself?” or “Why do I fall off track when things are going well?” this conversation will help you break free from old patterns and see fitness, health, and self-love in a whole new way. 👉 Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share this episode with someone who needs the reminder: you are worthy, strong, and capable of healing.
