
Welcome back ! This week we're discussing why December has not been an organised month for me, and one of those reasons is seasonal depression (or SAD). Every year I convince myself that nothing will change, and every year I'm affected by the cold weather and the darker nights, so much so that I've pulled together all my best tips and tricks to survive it. The good news is, this episode comes out on the shortest day of the year so take this as a sign that you have made it through the hard parts successfully.
