The rumour mill appears to have eaten itself because there is no news on any Italian club who want to sign Kobbie Mainoo or Joshua Zirkzee.
Meanwhile, the women have another big game today.

Today's rumours are rehashed from yesterday but the main focus on today's podcast is to promote my new book, Manchester United After Munich, which is published today and available everywhere.
On the channel already is an exclusive Harry Gregg interview that was used for the book.
On this day, relevant to this podcast... of course it was 39 years ago today that Sir Alex Ferguson took over. Here's some never-heard audio from the day, with reserve team manager Brian Whitehouse thinking he was picking the team for Saturday and Martin Edwards quick to nip that in the bud by appointing a permanent successor to Ron Atkinson. Enjoy!

"...that was Munich. That was Munich."
Harry Gregg is one of the greatest names in Manchester United history. He was one of the finest goalkeepers of his day and his legacy was immortalised as a hero when he saved lives and rescued bodies from the wreckage of the Munich Air Disaster.
In this never-before-heard interview recorded decades before his death, Gregg recounts in harrowing and heartbreaking detail the events of the day.
This interview features in the new book Manchester United After Munich, published on November 6th, available here in hardback, Kindle and audiobook. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Rebuilding-Manchester-United-Greatest-Football/dp/1399413848
