Launch Your Podcast App
Grab your phone and open up your Apple Podcast app – it’s a purple icon with a radiating “i” on it. If you can’t find it already installed on your phone, simply search for it in your app store. You can even just click here if you’re on an Apple device.
Locate the search bar and enter “Talk Therapy CBT”
When the app is open, go down to the little magnifying glass icon in the bottom right corner to search. Type in “Talk Therapy CBT” When you see the album art for the cover, simply select it and you’ll be taken to the podcast’s homepage.
