Look, we all get a little off track at times to where we just aren’t performing our best. It happens but it takes an honest heart to recognize or receive the view point when someone else says “Bro, you’re a slipping.” Let’s face it…no matter how hard we try we will never be perfect being and therefore we will always have room for improvement. I’ve never met such a man but if you in every way got your shit together then this message is not for you and. Shooooot, if you got it like that, put a brotha on game. Lol But seriously, if there are any aspects of you that you can think of handling/managing or overall being better at now is the time. Ask yourself “Do I have my shit together?” Once you identify the areas of your life or self that you need to lock down on then attack! Stay focused and don’t stop until you get it done. Once you are secure in your happy place and you can honestly say that you have finally got your shit together the rest of the work is just maintaining and staying true.

I thought I was over the pain of losing a loved one yet I realize I may not be all the way there. Although I have grown to grieve differently than what I’ve grown up seeing…”the pain” really isn’t to be avoided but embraced as it is a clear indicator that you are still here. With all that I am dealing with I’m just trying to feel again whereas right now…I feel nothing.

There is a reason why people have difficulty connecting to one another when our differences are displayed. The differences that exist between people is the real reason why we were made; to be living examples and to display the multidimensional layers of God. Somewhere along the journey of life though, people have taken on personalities and voices that resemble other men vs the eternal voice of God. In order for all men to come together, the church has to come together. In every way the church has segregation so will the people that make up the church. May you be inspired to accept the differences of God and may the people of the church return to God, together!

Sometimes your routine can hinder you from seeing where you actually are vs where you think you are in any moment of your life. It’s time that we self medicate our lives. We must stop self Sabotaging our future and begin to analyze who we really are. Allow yourself to be. Enjoy what it means to be you. No matter where you see you the universe sees you and that is enough. Build your self confidence and know that who you are is everything to the grand scheme of what you think, believe or have been told you are not. May you be inspired to BE CONFIDENT. How often do you get caught in the rotation of the “work life”? If you’re working...are you dreaming? If you’re working and what you do for work is not directly associated with your dream then the reward that comes to you will just about always be a reward connected to the time you spend. Joel 2:28 reads ““And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions.” While Proverbs 29:18 reads “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.” You get from man when you build up your job. You get from the universe when you build up your dream. May you be inspired to fulfill your dream while you work!

As we mourn the passing of Kobe, Gigi the other coaches and families on board that helicopter we must remember that life itself has a purpose that we must line up with. Certainly we can never truly expect the unexpected but we can definitely prepare ourselves to do and to be everything we are purposefully created to do and to be. Kobe lived his legacy and built on his name to which became known across the globe. He lead a great path and brought changed to the minds and the hearts of so many ppl. A true inspiration he is and a true example of perseverance. Kobe being the youngest players to ever enter the NBA, at the age of 17, he stands forever as an icon as well as a vessel of hope, not only for aspiring ball players but for the world. May you be inspired to live a little bit like King Kobe; resilient, courageous, consistent and contagious. Be loving in your ways, humble in your growth and always willing to serve as the example for those that follow in your light. Bless up!

Stop people pleasing already. It’s not beneficial. It’s not the design of man to live to please others. It serves no value to the universe for you to dictate your actions based on the pleasure of anyone outside of yourself or God. God, the universe, lives with in and almost demands a good time. Have fun with who have been called to be. Be inspired to put You first.

I’m tired of seeing my ppl break themselves down. Why is it so easy for “black ppl” to take away from their own as opposed to taking from others?
