Miles first became known for appearing alongside Tristan in Made in Chelsea, but he’s also been runner up on Dancing on Ice, is a passionate fitness influencer and ready to turn his hand to learning anything - including how to ride for an American reality series.

Miles chats about his riding history, dating history and dishes the dirt on Tristan before everyone gets unexpectedly philosophical about the pressures life can throw at you and the paths life can take.
