Shortly after signing a contract with a mid-sized company, I received the news that the company was being taken over by an American corporation. Today, I know that this moment of uncertainty was a pivotal point in my life. It marked the beginning of my journey to becoming an expert in everything that follows a takeover by an American company.
With this knowledge, I can now help others who feel left out in the rain during this period of change in my function as interim manager. I build bridges between the two corporate cultures.
