After an eventful week for the Korean National Team, which began with Kim Minjae's comments in the mixed zone on Tuesday evening, the Fighting Stripes Football crew is here to break it down for you. On this month's Taegeuk Warriors Podcast, host Michael Welch (@mhwelch1290) calls up Albert Kim (@Albert_Kim2022) in Seoul to discuss the January Transfer Window. We shared our opinions on the developing issue surrounding Chelsea's wild spending and how it relates to the charges against Man City before breaking down the Korean transfers of note. With Cho Guesung remaining at Jeonbuk for the time being, we broke down why that may have happened and how Oh Hyeongyu was able to benefit from that and sign with Celtic FC. With our first episode of 2023, the Fighting Stripes team looks back on an eventful 2022 for the Taegeuk Warriors, while also looking to the future of the national team in this next year.
