34. Don’t Overfeed your Machine
Oh boy, I remember back to those days where I had such an unhealthy relationship with food and I even had bulimic tendencies in my early adulthood. I was able to get over those tendencies, but I still had a very unhealthy love-hate relationship with food. I over thought it and I over complicated it and I spent way too much time worried about it and working on it and thinking about it. It just took away from my life on so many levels and once I discovered ways to simplify it and understand food in a different way, my life transformed. I was able to change my thinking and my beliefs about food and also find a simple way to manage my nutrition so that I had the best energy and also the best health. This is what I talk about in my recent for life program because I feel it’s important for me to share my experience because I am certain that I’m not the only one that had these challenges. It was so empowering to learn about the true purpose of food and how to incorporate into my life in a positive and healthy way. I learned how to regain my personal power and shift those beliefs to maximize my energy which was absolute game changer for me on my life.
