Temple of God
When we think of temples, we often think of our parish church, St Peters, or the Lateran Basilica of the Popes church.
In fact, our body is also a temple of God. How do we reserve and keep this space sacred for God? Come join us to discuss.

Who do you reply upon especially when the going gets tough? The decisions we make largely depend on what we choose to reply upon. Sunday's readings present examples of contrasting choices regarding reliance and what constitutes the right choice.
Faith and gratitude go together. "Returning to the Lord" to say thanks for every grace received is a way of deepening our faith relationship and intimacy with him.
Faith moves mountains but will it move your heart? Faith has many expressions and definitions.
This Sunday's liturgy teaches that true faith has one fundamental feature: that it must be lived out.
Come let's live out our faith together.
The Lord puts us side by side, the rich and the poor, to be a blessing to each other.
Let us not miss this graced moment.

The road to happiness.
Concerns for the future are perhaps the first thing on our minds when we wake up. How can I complete my tasks; how to deal with my angry manager or staff; how do I pay for my rent and or groceries.
Sunday's readings offer us some practical answers to how to live worrying less and to live more. Come join us and share your thoughts too.

Lord, grant us the grace to recognize that everything is 'gift' and that by ourselves, there is really nothing we can be proud of.
Christ invites us to 'enter the narrow' door, which is not a 'passage that entails following rites and rituals.' He rather invites us to a way of life that involves growth in our relationship with a loving and merciful God who wants all to be saved.

Lord, I am weak, come to my aid.
Sunday's readings present examples of divisions caused by the presence of God in society. In faith, we are asked to choose: the division from sin and alignment to faith. It is not easy but the Lord and all the saints are here to help us. Heaven is our reward.

“Faith is the realization of what is hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.”
Stay the course and keep going for ‘he who made the promise is trustworthy.’

The readings invite us to learn discernment, to ask ourselves what is my relationship with material goods. How do I balance this relationship and learn how to be 'rich in what matters to God' as I journey in this life.

The readings are quite pragmatic in describing evil and wickedness are powerfully present in the world. Thankfully we have God's grace protecting those who draw upon it through prayer. Come and pray the Our Father for God's grace.

Rely on the Lord
This 14th Sunday calls our attention to the need for complete dependence on God, which leads to a positive transformation in our lives. The dependence expresses itself through the attitudes of hope, faith and loving generosity described in the readings. Our names are written in heaven.

Upon this rock I will build my church
On the feast day of Saint Peter and Paul, we read about two very human saints sharing their journey in faith. Whilst it was not easy, their trust in the Lord saved them.
Some mysteries are easier to feel than to understand. Jesus said "I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now".
Coming Sunday we celebrate a mystery often challenging to understand: The Holy Trinity, Rather than trying to understanding it, receive the harmony that it brings to us.
Join the Holy Trinity.
Come Holy Spirit!
On the feast of Pentecost, which many consider to be the birthday of the church, we are reminded that we are not left alone in the world after Jesus' ascension. Jesus sends us the holy spirit to teach and remind us of his love for us. Enkindle the hearts of the faithful Holy Spirit!
Apostolic foundation.
I have said these things to you while I am still with you. The 6th Sunday of Easter continues to present key aspects of our faith and practice in relation to Jesus's resurrection, in particular the apostolic foundation upon which believers ought to build their lives upon.
Allow the holy spirit to guide us.
