After months of exhaustion and doing whatever I thought was "rational' to heal it such as lots of rest, exercise, breathing, sleep, better diet etc, I still felt so exhausted.
I had a feeling as to why as I was so exhausted, but I could not accept it at some level. A huge belief needed to be shattered within me. So I decided to approach a family constellation practitioner and I was blown away with what I discovered. In this episode I share the contents of my session that will apply to anyone who has experienced burnout.
