We explore how the vision, despite its length, is perceived as saying "a lot, yet says nothing at all".

The discussion highlights three key paradoxes: the legitimization of militias despite advocating civilian rule, selective accountability that condemns past regimes but silences current atrocities by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), and a call for democracy from authors accused of seeking to monopolize power.
