I’m taking a hard look at the current healthcare and fitness paradigm—and why it’s failing us when it comes to true movement health.
We’ve been taught to believe that stretching, strength training, and pushing through fatigue mean our bodies are “fine.” But the truth is, many of us are silently breaking down at the joint level without even realizing it. I share the story of a client in her 30s who was doing everything right—walking daily, training with a personal trainer, staying active—yet her body was already in decline because her joint capsules had become unhealthy.
You’ll learn how bone glide, joint capsule health, and muscle activation are all connected—and why ignoring early signs of restriction can fast-track you toward pain, degeneration, and even surgery.
